The word Hallelujah (Old Testament) has been around for a few thousand years.

Hallelujah – The Song and Word - What Does it Mean? A Ming-Boggling Modern Day Mystery…

The word Hallelujah (Old Testament) has been around for a few thousand years. The song HALLELUJAH written by Canadian singer and songwriter Leonard Cohen was written and produced in 1984. Hallelujah is a powerful word, and a powerful song. Now for the mystery!

Did Leonard Cohen know that the Hebrew word Hallelujah in the Hebrew Lexicon is word number H1984? Is this a mind-boggling coincidence, divine mystery or a day in the life of the Alpha and Omega? Just think about it' This song that has made so many lists of best all time songs originated from the Bible, word number 1984 and was written and released in 1984.

At some point in the near future I think that there will be even more mind-boggling revelation about this word, the song and 1984. The New Testament version of the Hebrew word Hallelujah is the Greek Word Alleluia. The word number for Alleluia is G239. It appears only 4 times in the New Testament Book of Revelation Chapter 19. The final verse it appears in is Revelation 19,6 and it says, Alleluia: For the Lord God omnipotent reigneth (King James Version Bible).

While people are quick to jump to conclusions about the Bible I have learned that the Book is much deeper, mysterious and scientific than most people know, including me' The Hebrew word Hallelujah is generally taken to mean 'Praise ye the Lord', but that's not all. Hallelujah is a combination of word H1984 halal and word H3050 Yahh (Deity).

H3050 is translated as 'LORD' 48 times and JAH once. As for word H1984 it is more complex. It appears in the old Testament 165 times and it's translations are shown below.

Praise 117 Times

Glory 14 Times

Boast 10 Times

Mad 8 Times

Shine 3 Times.

Foolish 3 Times

Fools 2 Times

Commended 2 Times

Rage 2 Times

Celebrate 1 Time

Give 1 Time

Marriage 1 Time

Renowned 1 Time

One simple question' Do you know any word that could be translated into all those different meanings? There is much about the Bible that is quite simply unfathomable! I strongly believe that as more is revealed you will find that many of the word translations are referring to events and people that are alive today on planet earth. Maybe even people that the year 1984 had a deep and spiritual significance to. We shall see.

Someone sent me a link to the song Hallelujah on YouTube by Alexandra Burke. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to know who wrote it and that's when I found out that it was written in 1984 by Leonard Cohen. The minute I saw 1984 I knew that the word Hallelujah is 1984 also. Even the fact that the song was written by a Canadian has significance to me personally. That will be a story for another day! If you haven't listened to this son please do' it can melt the heart of atheists!

If nothing else I hope that this coincidence inspires you to believe in an awesome God with a real sense of humor and a heart as big as the Universe.
